The Supreme Court has struck down Roe V. Wade, eliminating the right to abortion. This decision ended 50 years of precedent and took away our freedom to control our bodies and our futures. Since the Supreme Court ended Roe v. Wade, at least 22 million people have lost access to abortion care. This is hurting all of us, no matter where we live. Doctors and health care providers have been demonized and, in some places, face prison time for performing potentially life-saving abortions. People across the country have lost fundamental freedoms and, in some cases, are facing life-threatening consequences.
