📲 All About the App: 

On June 20th, you received an email from Advocacy Associates inviting you to download a Hill Day app, "AdvocacyDay." The AdvocacyDay app is the best way to get up-to-date information about your individual Hill Day meetings including time and location as well as information about what other Storytellers or staff members may be participating. You’ll also want to check the app for important talking points and fill out notes about the meeting that help us with our work after the Summit ends. Follow the instructions in the Advocacy Associates email to download the AdvocacyDay app. If you need help, they’ve got you covered with support information as well. 

🚌 Shuttle Pick-Up & Drop-Off:

• Morning Pick-Up: All Hill Day shuttles will depart from 12th Street NW, directly outside the Eaton.
  

• Luggage Reminder: No luggage is permitted on field trip shuttles. Please store any luggage at the Eaton

  front desk before boarding.
  

• Capitol Drop-Off: Shuttles will drop off at the Garfield Monument

  (Circle at First Street, S.W., and Maryland Avenue).

• Return Service: Shuttles will run on a rolling basis starting at 12:00 PM, with the last rolling shuttle at 2:00 PM. A final 32-passenger shuttle will depart at 3:30 PM for any remaining participants.

📍 Key Locations on Capitol Hill:

• Storyteller Homebase: Rayburn 2060 — Lunch available from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
  

• Creator Row: Senate Visitor Center 212

• Shuttle: Return shuttles will depart from the Garfield Monument (Circle at First Street, S.W., and Maryland Avenue).

🪪 Capitol Hill Security:
All visitors will pass through airport-style security upon entering Capitol Office Buildings.

• No large bags or suitcases allowed inside.
  

• Please check any large bags at the Eaton hotel front desk prior to departure.
